The Five Families framework.
Every CredBackr report is a structured mathematical document. Each family produces an independent signal, its own confidence level, and the indicators that support or challenge it.
Five families, one structured output.
Revenue Rhythm
How often and how steadily money comes into the account.
- Counts unique calendar days with qualifying inflow activity across the observation period
- Measures monthly inflow variability and revenue channel diversity
- Detects shifts in inflow velocity and counterparty disappearance
Cash Cushion
How much cash is available to cover daily spending.
- Computes mean daily balance as a percentage of monthly outflows
- Tracks frequency and duration of low-balance episodes
- Identifies intra-month liquidity stress points
Obligation Discipline
Whether statutory and essential payments are being made on schedule.
- Detects statutory payment cadence and payroll consistency
- Computes the obligation-to-inflow ratio
- Observes payment priority following major inflows
Operating Flexibility
How much spending is fixed versus adjustable.
- Classifies outflows into fixed, variable, and discretionary bands
- Measures spending concentration across counterparties
- Detects fee and penalty events
Trade Credit Readiness
Combined assessment of supplier funding patterns and overall behavioural profile.
- Observes supplier payment regularity and cadence
- Computes outflow-to-inflow coverage and obligation burden
- Synthesises the four underlying families into a combined view
How a report is produced.
Ingest.
Verified bank statement PDFs processed through a deterministic parser. Stateless — buffers purged after processing.
Compute.
43 metrics calculated across the five families. Law Zero reconciliation gate verifies exact-decimal arithmetic before any output is generated.
Structure.
Signals, confidence levels, supporting and pressure indicators, and data boundary notes assembled into a structured report.
Deliver.
PDF output with every sentence traceable to a specific computation.
Deterministic by design.
Every line in a CredBackr report is selected from a fixed Label Vocabulary, with selection driven deterministically by computed metric values. There is no language model in the production pipeline. The same input always produces the same output. An auditor can trace any line in the report back to the specific transactions that produced it.
This is an architectural choice, not a limitation. Deterministic output is native to the compliance language credit risk and regulatory teams already use.
What the report contains.

- A one-page signal summary covering all five families
- Supporting and Pressure indicators for each family
- Data boundary notes identifying what the computation can and cannot observe
- Critical Items flagged for decision owner attention
- Confidence annotations where data coverage is limited
- A mandatory reliance boundary statement on every page
